- Ruzanna Khetchian was born on July 22, 1981, in Tbilisi, Georgia, Russia.
- Her name is Armenian which means graceful morning rose. Ruz means day/morning in Persian and rose in Latin. Ann means graceful in Hebrew.
- Her mother, Janna Arutyunyan started painting in 2018. She is now a published painter; she showcases her paintings from her official website, Janna Passion Art.

- During her chilhood, she took ballet and piano lessons but later on quit because USSR instructors used to hit her with a stick.

- From 7th to 11th grade, Ruzanna Khetchian studied at a school in Compton.
- For her Bachelor’s, she went to Woodbury University. She graduated with a degree in Fashion / Apparel Design in 2003.
- After a long gap in 2020, she again joined the same university to receive her Master’s in Business Administration with a major in International Global Studies.

- After the completion of her graduation, she started working as a designer.
- Currently, she is the Founder and Creative Director of her fashion brand, Ruzanna DeLeon.
- In 2019, she established the company after she did a leather-making course with Salvatore Nicosia and Francesca Berti in Italy.
One Year Relationship With Russell Peters
- Ruzanna Khetchian became famous after she got engaged to comedian, Russell Peters in September 2016.
- Unfortunately, they called off their engagement the following year.
- In an interview with ET Canada‘s Sangita Patel, Russell talked about their engagement and said he was naked when he proposed.
I was naked. Just about to go to bed and I just got on both knees because one knee hurt.
- He also revealed that he proposed Ruzi with a 4.25-carat diamond ring designed by Mark Lash.
After Breakup
- For some years, Ruzanna stayed single but later on started dating a mysterious man.
